Though the selling skills training, participants are trained on the skills and processes required to make a successful sales career. The training increases his strike rate and hence the business of his organization. The participants who wants to enroll has to be necessarily sponsored by his management as the eventual output of the person depends upon the involvement of his management in his career.

We also undertake corporate sales coaching wherein apart from selling skills training of the in-house sales team, we help in establishing sales strategies, setting and reviewing targets for sales people, Value Selling, Key customer management methods etc. The duration can be three to six months depending upon the size of the project.

We conduct Online Selling skills training in the form of Webinars. Participant can undertake the training at his pace from wherever he is located. Continuous support will be provided through remote trainings and Q&A sessions.

Participants receive ongoing support for ten months through monthly tele conference to track individual goals and progress. The action items and progress are shared with their respective managers/superiors to track progress in their sales career.


 

In depth training on one skill the entire month through webinars, guest lectures, Q&A sessions, Games and Role plays. The interactions will be for one hour every saturday and in addition to that there will be assignments throughout the week.
